Jerry Higham Rabbit Show celebrates rabbit exhibitors at Tweedie Hall
The Jerry Higham Rabbit Show takes place at Tweedie Hall, Howick, from 29–31 May 2026, as part of the first group of R.A.S. Heritage Events.
Hosted by the Natal Rabbit Club and supported by the Royal Agricultural Society, the event recognises the knowledge, care and commitment involved in rabbit showing.
Rabbit shows play an important role in preserving breed knowledge, encouraging responsible husbandry, and giving exhibitors a platform to present their animals according to recognised standards. They also offer the public an opportunity to learn more about the variety, character and appeal of different rabbit breeds.
This year’s event is presented in memory of Jerry Higham, adding a meaningful commemorative dimension to the show.
